Your Instructor

Carolina is the co-founder of The Food & Mood programs, and a seasoned psychotherapist and instructor with a deep passion for helping individuals heal their relationship with food and body. With over 15 years of clinical experience, she has been instrumental in shaping the vision and development of our programs.
Carolina specializes in the treatment of eating disorders across the lifespan—from children and adolescents to adults—and brings additional expertise in trauma and addiction recovery. Her integrative approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practices, and the belief that full recovery is absolutely possible when individuals and their families are given the right tools, education, and support.
